Who We Are?
Shamrock Co-operative Homes was incorporated on August 1990. There are a Combined 90 unit apartment and townhouse complex which integrates persons with disabilities, geared to income and able bodied people in a member run, non profit co-operative community setting. With Independent Living (ILC) On-Site 24/7 brings qualified care for special needs and provisions.
The Co-op offers Laundry facilities, Hall, two playgrounds, basketball court.
We strive to make Shamrock Co-operative Homes a place to call home rather than just a place to live and to keep the units and surrounding property in quality standards. With common areas and private backyard garden settings To provide comforts of a long lasting place to call home.
Shamrock Co-operative Homes holds annual events for our members including summer
BBQ, Christmas dinner, and Coffee Club every Tuesday afternoon.

Central Ontario Co-operative Housing Federation (COCHF) is a federation of non-profit housing co-operatives in the cities of Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Brantford and Guelph. COCHF member organizations include: housing co-ops, student housing co-ops, co-op staff associations, and resource groups (co-op housing developers/managers).
COCHF was incorporated in 1992 as a co-operative under the Co-operative Corporations Act (Ontario).
